Below are some terms and conditions for the return and replacement of our products.
HASSLE-FREE PROMISE
Hassle-Free Promise means you can return the item(s) to us within 60 days of delivery. VOLINEX offers a 1-year warranty service. For more information, please go to WARRANTY.
Return & Refund Eligibility
1. VOLINEX is committed to achieving 100% customer satisfaction! If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can take advantage of our 60-Day Hassle-Free Promise:
- Within 30 days of delivery: Full refund of the product price (no restocking fee).
- 31–60 days after delivery: Refund or exchange minus a 20% restocking/handling fee.
- After 60 days: Returns or exchanges are not accepted.
2. If you have taken delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, please contact us at info@volinextech.com within 7 working days of delivery for a replacement.
3. Cancellation of Order
- Cancellation request if the order is shipped: If you want to cancel the order once it has been dispatched, please reject the parcel at the time of delivery so it will automatically be returned to us. We will issue a complete refund once the package is returned to us.
- Cancellation request if the order is not shipped: If you want to cancel the order immediately and it is not dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a complete refund.
Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from volinextech.com.
All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team before shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return & Refund Process
- Contact us at info@volinextech.com to obtain detailed return instructions. Returns without prior authorization may be refused or not processed.
- VOLINEX support will reply within one working day.
- After reaching an agreement, you will be given the required information (such as a return address).
- Ship the product back in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, VOLINEX will arrange a refund (to your original payment method) or exchange within 3–5 working days.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
Quality Issues or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or experiences functional issues (e.g., cannot power on), please contact our customer service immediately at info@volinextech.com. Our team will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution (replacement, full refund, or repair) as soon as possible.
Notes
Items should be unused, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.
Returns must include all original accessories and packaging.
For returns not related to product quality (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For warranty claims related to product quality, please attach a video or picture for faster service.
If the product does not meet the requirements above, the return request may be rejected.
Please use only original VOLINEX accessories. Any property damage or malfunction caused by non-original parts or improper installation is not covered under our warranty or return policy.
