To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be identical to what you purchased from VOLINEX, including the same brand, model, specifications, and color.
- You must provide valid proof — a screenshot or direct webpage link showing the competitor’s current price, product name, and availability.
- The lower-priced item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the time of your price match request.
- Official retail channels only. The price match excludes auction sites, third-party resellers, clearance sales, and limited-time flash deals.
Note: A price match applies strictly to the identical item sold through an official retail channel. Auction sites, third-party resellers, clearance sales, and limited-time flash deals are not eligible.
2 Refund Processing
Once your request is verified and approved, we will process the difference refund to your original payment method promptly.
