Shipping Area, Method and Time

We ship to more than 40 countries/areas on volinextech.com. We are unable to deliver to mail-forwarding addresses, PO Box addresses, BFPO/APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and temporary residence addresses.

Delivery Times

When customers place an order on volinextech.com, VOLINEX will ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

About Delivery

Our delivery time consists of two parts:

  • Order processing & packaging time
    After receiving an order on volinextech.com, we will pick the ordered product from the warehouse, inspect its quality, and finally pack it for logistics delivery.
  • Shipping time
    After the ordered products are dispatched from the warehouse, they will be transported by sea, land, or air. The actual delivery time depends on the shipping method selected.

For applicable fees, we have prepaid customs duties, so generally no additional fees will be charged.

Delivery Address

A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company directly with your order details. To change or cancel an order, please email info@volinextech.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Lost / Damaged Packages Due To Shipping

If any item is lost or arrives damaged due to shipping, please take photos of the damaged packaging and contact us at info@volinextech.com within 7 working days of delivery to request a replacement.

Which regions are eligible for local shipping?
Customers in the United States can enjoy expedited shipping with a delivery time of 2-3 business days for eligible VOLINEX products.

How can I purchase VOLINEX products in Brazil?
Logistics services are available for delivery to Brazil.

In addition, unless otherwise requested, customs will declare tariffs based on the product’s selling price. We do not recommend providing a specific declared value. If you insist on doing so, you shall be responsible for any related risks of your order.

Can I deliver to a PO Box address?
We are unable to deliver to mail-forwarding addresses, PO Box addresses, BFPO/APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the safe delivery and receipt of your VOLINEX order.
